Al Hamra Mall – Gift Wrapping Station

Promotion Period

Eligibility

Customers are eligible for gift wrapping upon spending AED 150 and above, either as a single receipt or accumulated receipts from Al Hamra Mall stores on the same day or within the event period.
Spinneys receipts are not valid for this promotion.
Only original receipts are accepted. Photocopies, screenshots, or duplicated receipts are not allowed.

Receipt Verification

All receipts must be presented at the Customer Service Desk for validation.
Customer Service staff will verify the receipts to ensure eligibility.
Verified receipts will be stamped and considered redeemed once the gift wrapping service is availed.

Customer Registration

After verification, customers must register their details before redeeming the gift wrapping service.
Information will be used strictly for promotion administration in line with mall privacy policies.

Redemption Guidelines

Gift wrapping is available only during event operating hours at the designated station.
Each eligible customer is entitled to one redemption per AED 150 spent.
Stamped receipts cannot be reused for additional redemptions.

General Conditions

Al Hamra Mall reserves the right to decline receipts that appear altered, duplicated, or invalid.
The mall may request additional proof of purchase if needed.
The promotion may be modified or cancelled without prior notice.
The service is offered on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to material availability.
This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Mall Rights and Responsibilities

By participating, customers agree to all Terms and Conditions.
Al Hamra Mall is not responsible for delays, material shortages, or operational interruptions.

Al Hamra Mall – Santa Meet & Greet

Promotion Period

The Santa Meet and Greet activation will run from 12 December 2025 to 24 December 2025 during the stated event hours.

Eligibility

Customers are eligible for one Meet and Greet session with an instant photo upon spending AED 150 and above, either in a single receipt or accumulated receipts from participating Al Hamra Mall stores on the same day.
Spinneys receipts are not valid for this promotion.
Only original receipts are accepted. Screenshots, digital copies, or duplicated receipts are not permitted.

Receipt Verification and Registration

Customers must present receipts at the Customer Service Desk or designated registration area.
Receipts will be validated and stamped by Customer Service staff.
After verification, customers must register their details to receive a Meet and Greet ticket or confirmation.
Each stamped receipt is considered redeemed once the Meet and Greet session is completed and cannot be used again.

Meet and Greet Conditions

Sessions will take place at Santa’s Cabin Grotto, Main Atrium.
Each eligible redemption includes one Meet and Greet opportunity with Santa and one instant photo print.
Additional photos, prints, or digital copies may be subject to separate charges.
Sessions are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Customers must queue in an orderly manner and follow mall staff instructions at all times.

Flash photography may be restricted for safety or operational reasons.

Timing and availability may vary based on operational needs.
Al Hamra Mall reserves the right to refuse receipts that appear altered, invalid, or fraudulent, request additional proof of purchase, or pause activity for safety or technical issues.
Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Liability

Al Hamra Mall is not responsible for lost or damaged items, delays due to demand, weather, or operational issues, or any injuries resulting from not following safety guidelines.

Acceptance of Terms
